Telkom call centre agent

I’m so tired of Telkom and their unprofessional call centre agents. My services have been suspended. I don’t know for what reason as debit order has been going off from my account every month. When I call in to find out what is going on I’m told I missed a payments. When they’re supposed to get an email address to send proof of payment they cut the call. Nobody seems to have answers for my account, all they do is talk over me.
