Telkom Call Centre Agent

So I had call with Peter Ledwaba if not Lidwaba. So the guy was extremely RUDE. I mean unnecessarily RUDE for instance I told him I'm not sure of the middle numbers of my ID number he said WOW when I ask why u saying WOW he told me he suprised that I dont know my ID NUMBER. Then after he said he is going to send ne the record of my data usage but he never did when I called again the other agent sent it immediately. And in the call he has part where he says he doesnt want to say I dont trust ur phone he said it like sarcasm sort of. What Im sure of he knew he was rude he didnt say I should stay on the line and rate the service. The date I called in it was 02 January 2019, time 15:42 the number I called with is ********** 836
