Telkom Call Centre Absolutely Useless !!!

All I wanted was to follow up on my fibre to the home upgrade and nobody could help me! In fact whilst waiting on the line I was transferred eight times!!! eight flipping times!!! As I was chatting to one Telkom lady after about a 4 minute conversation trying to explain my situation she thought it be best just to transfer me whilst I was in mid sentence, another lady answers and replies \ Telkom good day\" I was so furious i threw my cell phone to the ground!!
