Telkom call center worst staff and call center agents

I no longer know who to contact or what to do. Telkom technicians came to my house to install fibre equipment but they tend to mess up the job and when you call telkom call center no staff is prepared to assists you special on Saturday. The are worst ever team / call center assists from Nangamso Ndzuzo, Samkel Siwe worst call just waste of time alway take your money with no service. Make you wait on that phone line for over 45 minutes. I called the technical department keep telling my query been send to IT back office for the past 3 weeks, tell me something I don’t know. After stressing this was affecting our work, it was escalated So now we have to wait and see. VERY FRUSTRATING!
