Telkom call center is useless , untrained personal that don't know what they are doing

I am being billed for Fiber that has not been installed at my place for the past 6 months , The area I stay in doesn't even have fiber yet I'm being billed for it. I have called the telkom call center over 50 times with no help. very month with out fail I'm being billed R600 or more. Can someone, anyone please help me . Can some give me a email address or number besides the call center that I can contact to get help.
