Telkom call center is ***********

After 5 years of Tekom service at the same address Telkom has decided that my address does not exist. The call center is not interested in solving the problem or listening to reason. The address just does not exist. My closest telkom agency is 60 km away and I'm expected to drive through to sort this out. Telkom your call center is a disgrace.
