Telkom Call Center extremely useless and i have data disappearing, need to get to the bottom of this ****************

Called the call center 180 number earlier, my night data never gets consumed and i just loaded 40gb last week and now it has been depleted but have over 80gb night data every month therefore am being ******. All i want is for a Telkom technician to check what is going on as this has been an occurence for months with no assistance. The lady advised her system was down and could not check my router number then said its back but put me on hold for over 10mins. Can someone from Telkom have decency to call me about this as i have had over four reference numbers from call center to no avail. Today the lady even dropped the call on me as she was extremely rude and unprofessional
