Telkom call center consultants

<p>What's up with these telkom call center consultants? are they not properly trained? they do not know the right departments (Who deals with what), they do not know what is it that is required of them, they literally transfer you 5 times when you have a non-routine issue. I've been on the line for a minimum of 2 hours trying to get assistance with a follow up on my cell no migration application, no-one seems to know what must happen.</p>
