Telkom call center agencies are very useless

Useless at its worst. I have been calling the 180 number since yesterday and I am not getting any joy. Telkom call center agencies don't even have decency to call back after holding for over an hour. I was cut off while speaking to Vuyikazi. I called back and spoke to Azola who is not a good listener i tried to explain to her that the actions that she wants me to perform i have already done it, none the the less she insisted and we were also cut off. Telkom is really failing me I am unable to work. Does Telkom even s**** these call center agencies do they know what they are doing? I am without coverage now for a week. When I try to connect to Telkom R and Telkom SA I get a message that sim card does not allow a connection to this network...So where must I connect? Just like them I am working from home but im offline, what a useless service provider. LORRAINE NOMBUYISELO MABITSELA
