Telkom Call Agents and Customer Service are Hopeless and Useless

<p>Telkom Does not care about its Clients. I have **** to Everyday That I have been calling reporting my fixed line that is not working and my Interent that is not working. Im told everyday that somebody is working on it, but they refuse to give me the persons details. We are forced to you this useless service agent. The service is the Worst in Teh country and probably teh worst in this continent. But teh debt accounts system is very quick to send out bills. I cannot wait to punch somebody in the face!!</p>
