Telkom - cables were ****** and telkom refuses to replace them and says there is nothing they can do for me. Worst service ever!!

Worst service ever. After years I have no internet. Reported the fault in numerous occasions for the past 4 months and when I phone telkom today they told me we have no internet because of cable theft. Our cable were ****** and telkom will not replace them and there is nothing more they can do except offer me LTE which is double the price! I would rather cancel my adsl with telkom and find a new service provider. Total *******
