telkom cables

I called Telkom last week on the 23/04/2018 regarding the cables hanging on the ground I have made numerous calls and still up until this day no one has come out Those cable are a danger to my tenants we wonder why people are so easily can ***** cables well this is why people in Telkom can not do they job knowing to be a big broad band company they are not un to they standards
