Telkom cable repair incompetence

Telkom lines were ****** on 4 October at our company. On the 30th i got a sms saying “telkom has concluded its investigation and eil be replacing lines” estimated to be repaired 10 Nov.” nothing has happend. No one called me. Lines are still down. You connot get an answer from anybody because the cableing department has no contact details. Even people at telkom can ot contact them. We are now going for 2 months without lines at a business. We have lost so much potential income. Telkom are driving companies into the ground.
