Telkom Cable

A Telkom telephone mast just outside the my property broke and subsequently the cable hangs inside my property, on my electric fence. I have phoned a couple of times and always get referred to a different department. No-one has been out to come and fix it and because the cable is still connected none of the Telkom customers complain as their phones obviously still works. BUT the cable interferes with my electric fence inside my property! Ref Number ***
