Telkom

The sad thing is that when you request a call back for a sale/contract they are quick to call you, but when you have an issue they don't address it. i have been sitting with a case number with no call from an agent to assist me, i went to the store they also couldn't assist me. i am sitting with a statement where i am charged twice what they should be charging me, the amount will be debited on the last day of the month. To this day i am still waiting for a call from Telkom, their customer service isn't assisting either
