Telkom

Telkom is brilliant with sales and so poor with after sales care. Getting hold of an agent to talk to is almost impossible and using their apps and online platforms is frustrating. I am unable to make calls or send an SMS. My package cost me R499 for 2 yrs and changed to R605 for less. I can’t get hold of anyone who can help me.
