Telkom has to be the worst service providers. There was a credit on my account as one of the agents put the wrong reference. The amount was over R5000. I called in as this never made sense to me, they then transferred this amount into another account leaving my balance R4600. I called in as this was not accurate and I had no dealings with the credit amount. I spoke to 4 different agents regarding this matter and they advised that I send an affidavit for them to open a ***** case, this was done on the 8th of June. I haven't received feedback so I called again spoke to someone else they requested the email so I sent it and still no case was logged. R2800 was then debited from my account this month my contract is usually R300 for the month. There are endless issues please whatever you do, stay away from telkom they are terrible.
