Telkom

Good day, my name is Mpho Gladys Mohlahledi í have a problem with Telkom í have a contract phones with them that i'm up-to-date with the payments. They seem not helpful to update my contract in their system í am appering owing them the amount of 1111.62 of which í have over paid payed them. My first payment was on october the amount of 1300 was debited to my account plus 696.00 . Second payment november which í made an easy payment omount of 823.00 that was on the 25th , later on the 26th Telkom debited 277.00 and 833.00 which comes to amount of 1933.00. My balance was 1111.62,so í over paid them. When í go to the Banks to apply for loan it reflect that i'm still owing Telkom 1111.62 which is not true í have tried calling them 3 weeks begging them to update their system and relocate my payments but still my essue has not resolved.
