Telkom !!! bye

Wow, I’m honestly furious. I’m so glad my contract with Telkom is finally over because I will NEVER use them again. I made my final payment of R1200 through their website on Wednesday the 25th around 8am, and then at 4pm THE SAME DAY they go ahead and debit another R1200 from my account?!

And now, just to get MY OWN money back, I have to wait up to 14 days?! For money that’s mine?! That’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Honestly, it’s beyond frustrating. But at least I’m finally done with them. Never again.
