Telkom by mondo what a reap off,(***** sssss)

Since last year February I had signed up for a WiFi router contract with Telkom by mondo which has never worked till to date .the consultant who called me **** and said I reside in Santon while I stay in Giyani Limpopo province and there are no Telkom towers in my area hence the router or not working , I've been paying for service I'm not getting for a year now and I'm not getting any help from both Telkom and M Ondo consultant while trying to cancel the contract
