TELKOM BUSIONESS LINE... USELESS ORGANISATION

I cancelled my business Telkom line on the 13th January 2021. via email & CELL PHONE CALLS....with 9 reference numbers and letters. I'm still being billed and now have been told that they only cancelled my line 2 weeks ago, yet I must still pay, as they did not cancel in January. Why is it my fault that 5 months later I'm still paying for a line where the business does not exist. But Telcon will be there within a day to give you a service to join them. they are disgusting... please S.A DO NOT USE TELKOM IN YOUR BUSINESS. They are useless and just takers....I will be going to sue them at the ombudsman to get my money back. You will be doing yourself an injustice if you use Telkom !!!!!
