Telkom Businnes means No Business

Why isn't there a MINUS or ZERO rating for the s*# service from this institution??? I have a BUSINESS account with them for internet connection, but since yesterday there is no way to access the internet! And today I tried by calling 2017, but TWICE I (eventually) was directed to telophen 081180. In doing so, I am answered with a recording stating there is NO SUCH NUMBER! Switching the last zero for a 7 (upon an agent's advice), it rings for two seconds (if you're lucky) and then disconnects. It's te pits! Meanwhile I religiously pay my fees as agreed to, but Telkom isn't holding up its end of the deal!
