Telkom Business - Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!

This review is specifically related to Telkom Business. A request was sent through to Fezeka mgcotyelwa who advised that the turn around time for diverting a calls to a new number takes 48 hours. It has been 1 week already. I have also complained on Facebook and received a message that they will follow up with the Support department. I have still received no feedback. This is by far the worst customer service is experience. The reference number for this review is AI***
