TELKOM BUSINESS USELESS USELESS UESELESS HOW DO I CANCEL A BUSINESS LINE???????

BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM BUSINESS!!! Cancelled my Telkom business line in JUNE 2019 , its now December 2019!! Still have the line after numerous calls and emails and a hell of an account!!! I went into Telkom Woodlands and i was chased away and told to send emails, that did not help one bit!! I got ignored till today!!!!!!!! if i dont pay it they will put me on the black list... i will sue them!!!!
