telkom business useless to renew contracts

telkom total useless i have a business account with them - 4 contracts telkom refuses to get someone out to assist me with fibre and call lines this is going on for the past 2 months

we are now forced to go to another service provider simple fibre package and call lines are difficult no wonder the company is losing customers to other service providers
