Telkom Business - Terrible Service

Telkom Business Mobile has not responded to my emails since June 2020 and even after speaking to someone at Telkom 081180 my contract is still not cancelled to present day and emails not responded to. > 90% of the time no one answers at the call centre and I have tried several times holding of for > 20 minutes.
