Telkom Business Sales Team Non Existent

<p>went online to order something from Telkom shop on their website and found out that the web 'offers' arent what exactly what i was looking for. i immeadiately requested a call back but alas it never comes, this started on Friday evening, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday same procedure no call back, Luckily Wednesday somebody rang me and upon odering we am told this product is not available under thes 'parameters' and i was promised to be called immeaditely by the Business depertment for obvious reasons i was sceptical. any reasonable person would be, no call ever came back to me afterwards and ther am stuck with a newly registered company that needs new clients and a landline look alike that will never be provided by telkom busineess depertment, stop chariding your online shop its jus a useless dept you claim to have, take a leaf from other online services. i just said to myself stuff it if you want it done call them yourself and i called now got to 16mins waiting for an agent to pick up 16Mins 32 seconds, try fnb business dept, one enquiry tomorow you have an fnb chequing account not this nonsense from Telkom. if you have leaf picker Telkom sent them to FNB so that you can get one from their tree in terms of customer service!</p>
