Telkom Business or anything Telkom is a disaster

For the past 9 years Telkom has been charging me for hosting internet services.In 2022 I sent an e mail to have the service cancelled but no action was taken.I tried calling the call centres but kept getting transferred back and forth, rewind to 2026 and I'm still being charged for those services even though now at this stage I have a different company doing my website hosting.What is going on with Telkom and how can they just ***** peoples hard earned money like this!!!!!!
