I need to BUY a new FFLA – free standing look-a-like phone after we damaged ours. contract phone. I need to know where to buy one. Customer Care agents and SALES say they can’t help and that I must contact the stores. The STORES (Eastern Cape is a large province) don’t answer the phone. Then Customer Care says that I must DRIVE to the stores to find out if they have stock. Do you know what petrol costs???? Hello, EASTERN CAPE........

None of the Call Centre agents can give any assistance, except go to the stores. There is a giant frikking hole in your Sales System Telkom!!
