Telkom business line

I have been without a telephone line since the16th of September. Apparently its a cable or something that broke or got wet. Its not just my business but numerous other businesses sitting without a telephone line.I own a hairsalon and my bookings are nade by clients phoning in. I have clients stopping at the salon because they think we had closed down. I have no bookings this week because my clients book ahead and coulnt reach us last week.
