Telkom business landline not accepting calls

I took telkom landline for my business and I realised months later that the line doesn’t receive calls but can make calls, tried to contact Telkom technical team and I got zero help, tried to go to telkom stores and also got zero help, how do we have telkom agents who are unable to assist/not having access to telkom business profiles, it’s such a disappointment to deal, our business is suffering from the whole line issues and the accounts is fully paid
