Telkom Business is useless

Just try and blacklist a ****** cell on a Telkom Business account!! Try 11 x phone calls only to be shunted from pillar to post. The call centres do not care at all and do not even try and help. The only good thing I do have to say is that Jacob Mnguni went out of his way to facilitate a call to the same department I had called on numerous occasions, to assist. (081180) They told me on numerous calls that I had to call the Business division. The business division tells me I have to call 081180!!!!! The following numbers were called on Friday 10/02/2023 - with no assistance until Jacob stepped in and did someone else's job. 10217 /*** a total of 11 calls. Thanks, Jacob. The rest of you - are simply put - just useless.
