Telkom Business is a disaster

<p>Telkom send me sms to say that my business line has been fixed, but as i speak now the line does not have a dialing tone for the past 3 days. I have reported it to telkom again, but they left my business on stand still again without me unable to call out or receive. Telkom is really a disaster.</p>
