Telkom business internet line not working 3 weeks now

Account fully paid and up to date..... This is the third week now and our internet lines are down...this is a bussiness line .....(011 ********** ). Been to the Eastgate store for help since no help from the call center...eastgate store just as useless ... i produced a slip with my proof of payment and yet the consultant could not help me... such a huge company like telkom with such poor service n work ethics totally rediculous and unacceptable... This is costing me money and i am loosing alot of bussiness.....M Ahmed **********
