Telkom Business does not deliver! DO NOT USE TELKOM FOR YOU BUSINESS!

We have been waiting 3 months for Telkom to move our BUSINESS LINE to our new premises. The detrimental effect this has on our business not being able to receive calls, to make calls and having the extra costs of Cellphone charges has been enormous. Whilst they keep charging us for line rental. Line rental for what exactly? I am very very disappointed in the service we have received from Telkom.
