Telkom Business disgusting service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a Telkom Business client for 16 years and never have I experienced such ***********, unprofessional service. About two weeks ago, I was contacted by the Telkom Business division whereby they offered to upgrade my phone device and internet speed, to which I agreed to do so. This was the worst mistake of my life as I was first sent the sim card only with no telephone device and modem, after hours on the phone it was established that my sim card can only work on the modem that they were going to send me which would take another 7 business days to be sent to me, bearing in mind that I am a business and my phone and internet service was non functional. After the modem was sent, I was sent a sim card and a phone and it has now been two week and the sim card for the phone has not been activated.

I am disgusted at this unprofessional service, I am a small business owner that has suffered financial loss as my clients cannot contact me telephonically, I have taken hours away from my business spending time on the phone with consultants that have been of no help. I will take my business elsewhere.
