Telkom Business - Customer Services and Service Provision Non Existent

We have been with Telkom for 23+ years. We have 6 separate lines and Telkom's Supremecall package for which we pay thousands of Rands for services every month.

In the last months our copper lines have been ****** and have had over 2+ weeks of loss of incoming and outgoing Business customer calls which has affected our business. We have had to go with alternate methods for outgoing calls (Mobile and Mweb Voip over ADSL).

We were told by Openserve/Telkom that the copper would not be replaced and have to migrate to non copper - but the copper has been replaced 3 times and is working now but erratically. Telkom does not know the status of our services or what they provide to our Business location. We agreed and requested migration to a mix of copper, voip and smart voice.

I have signed proposals to migrate (to Fibre and 3G Smartvoice and have requested voip information and agreed and requested migration to a mix of copper, voip and smart voice... (and I have signed a fibre deal) which I was later told that Fibre does not exist in our location.

I have had over 2+ hours of calls, mailed and visited the Telkom shop in the mall, dialed 10213 and 10217 and have spoken to Customer Shop & Telkom Business Customer Services and Telkom Business Sales Reps with no help or proper feedback or communication or engagement about our business telephone lines. Telkom Business staff do not the detail of the products they sell. They advise migration but do not know the detail or take it any further and pass me on from one Telkom representative to the other.... I have also mailed and phoned Telkom Account Representatives and have requested that it be escalated.. or provided with a Telkom contact... but they hide behind their website, 10213 and 10217 which leads to dead ends.

Absolute poor service. All I ask for is one Telkom contact in Telkom who is prepared to deal with our Business' migration.
