Telkom Business

Good day.

We have a Telkom Business line and since Friday 21/08/2020 we have had NO INTERNET AND NO PHONE LINES. This is a Telkom Business Account and STILL to date, no technician has come out to see us after receiving an Sms notification that Monday the 24/08/2020 they would be here to assist. It has been nearly 7 days and we CANNOT RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!

Common decency, would be to call the customer should your technicians not avail themselves to assist us. I will be laying a formal complaint against Telkom Business, should we not be assisted today. This is utter ****! Every single time we go through the same thing with *********** staff.
