Telkom Business Cancellation never ending struggle

Getting an account from you was so easy and so quick. But when you try and cancel a Telkom business account, you not only have to jump through hoops, but you get no service.

I have filled in all your form and I have cancelled my ISP providers that you keep on asking me to do (done in Nov 2023). I have been trying to cancel this business account since Dec 2023.

But I heard that you guys lag on it for obvious reasons.
