Telkom bunch of *******

I have a contract of R199 a month, due to unforseen circumstances my debit order returned. I am now being charged R202 for the returned debit by Telkom and R100 by my bank. My bank also went on for 5 days to process the debit order and charged me R8.50 a time. I understand the bank side but Telkom !!! What is their excuse for charging me R202 more than my contract amount. If i cancel I must pay R800 in early cancellation plus the outstanding contract amount. A bunch of ******* no doubt government entity. When will we south africans get relief from these greedy *******s. Why is no one robbing them so they can feel what its like. Its things like this that make south africans poorer the poorest. Why we end up hating a race instead of an individual or entity. Because we end up helpless on deaf ears and the call centre agents are rude they dont sympathise with your situation or their company thats robbing people blind. to the call centre of Telkom you are rude but its your top brass that rich not you. IDIOTS.
