Telkom: bunch of ******* and daylight ******s

Telkom is nothing but a bunch of ******* and daylight ******s.

They billed me for R500 I did not use, Claiming is out of data bundles. They never even told me about the R500 extra they included on my contract when I upgraded. I am not even sure that my upgrade was done correctly.

All they have are excuses. When I queried about this they told me about their nonfunctional billing system.

And when I wanted to cancel my contract, they even made it worse for me, telling me I will have to pay for the remainder of the contract and cancellation penalty.

I thought people were lying when they told me about their bad service, but from my experience I am never going to use Telkom ever again
