Telkom bunch of *******

So I have a contract with Telkom, and my monthly rate is R798 per month. Since 01 January 2018 until now my services has been down, to top it off, telkom deducted a R1796 off my account 01 February 2018.

My payments is up to date, yet they over charge me and they put me offline.

This is very bad.

People please stay far away from Telkom and the "appealing packages as it is just a deception yo get clients caught. This is not the first time I experience This, I ALWAYS have this problem with Telkom.
