Telkom Bunch Of Clowns

Firstly as a business we Ordered 2 Lines (1 Voice and 1 ADSL) PAID for upfront, they send a technician to install the voice line and THEY forgot to place an order for the Adsl Line which could of been installed at the same time as the voice line. Voice Line was installed on Friday-It is now Monday and I still cant phone out. So I phone Telkom thius morning and this is what I have concluded. Telkom Staff obviously don't care about the company they work for or Know any information about the Company they work for , and have no clue on how to help their customers. I have been referred 3 different numbers to call which can "supposedly" provide help and all 3 dont know *** they are doing. If this is the kind of service I receive as a customer you can come fetch your line and all your products as I do NOT want to deal with *********** people.
