Telkom bullys

I'm am currently being financially abused on a monthly bases by telkom on my data contract that I got, it's been three months but ever since I subscribed they keep deduct more money than what we agreed an when I go to the store to have it resolved they tell me the is nothing they can do and if I reverse the debit I will be blacklisted.

I really need to resolve this because times are tough and I can't manage anymore
