Telkom bullying people to take more expensive packages

I have been informed that telkom will be discontinuing the adsl line services and are moving over to fiber optics, all good and well, but their staff keep trying to bully me into taking more expensive packages than the one I already have, this is total nonsense and it is unacceptable. Telkom is changing their service and their agents are trying to make a quick buck. If the service gets cut and I lose my connection I'm suing telkom for breach of contract!
