Telkom - Bullying People Through P&P Attorneys

Telkom - Uses P&P Attorneys to take money from people who owe them nothing.

Three years ago i took out an Telkom LTE package which includes 10GB by day and 10Gb by night and as an additional package i could get a samsung Tablet with 5GB a month for two years. From month one i only got 500mb a month on that Tablet. I had gone into store multiple times to clear up that problem but for two years with no success i continued to receive 500mb a month.

After two years of poor service when i could eventually cancel my contract with telkom without a penalty i did so. i did it in the correct manner by going into the store and filling in the cancellation form. A month later they had taken the last Debit order from my bank and my LTE service had stopped . Three months later they started debit ordering my bank account again. I stopped the payments as they were not authorized todo so. When i call the call center and wait an hour for them to answer i get told my contract has indeed been canceled and they cannot see the problem.

A month later they take a Debit order again. at this point i am really frustrated as they never gave me what i payed for, For two years but then continue to debit order from my account monthly. I proceed to call the call center again as know one can help me in store with finances. I hold for a long time again when eventually a woman answers i explained the whole story again. To then be told no i owe them money for services i used when my data runs out. When i tell them this is not the case as my LTE router has not been working since the month i canceled it. I requested proof of such services and was promised to me it would be emailed to me. Till this day i still have not received such proof.

Now i am receiving threatening sms's from P&P attorneys to black list me because i owe R1808. I feel i am facing a corporate giant but i owe know one nothing.

Please send me proof of my account and that i did indeed cancel. Before i pay anything. also my data usage for two years where i only received 500MB a month.
