Telkom bullying elderly for their *********** service delivery

telkom is bullying my aunt an elderly lady of 62 years of age, she was ****** and lost her phone , went to cancel her contract even have police case number, she was never assisted as at the store we visited seems they don't know what they doing, accompanying her to Gamecity branch in Greyville, no help, then pinetown branch, no help, then Hillcrest we went there 4 times still they not able to cancel the contract as well issue a new simcard , we gave as this is time consuming and my aunt could not be going back of and waisting her pension money on this . 2 years after they are suing an unhelpless old lady when they were not able to help. they continuously charged for the sedrvices that were cancelled and no longer receiving. they sre using Vericred to collect a debt that should not be there unfairness and bullying a helpless old she cannot even understand what they are talking about as she cancelled her contract more than 2 yaears ago
