TELKOM BULLYING CUSTOMERS IN FORCING THEM INTO MONTH ON MONTH CONTRACTS

I Have a celphone contract with Telkom which has lapsed Despite completing the cancelation forms and sending it to cancelations department on time and several times and even spoke to consultants on 2 differen occasions they did not cancel my contract but forcefully converted my contract in a month to month contract which i did not sign for or request for such services and charging me exorbitant prices
