Telkom bullying an old lady that is 75

My mom that is 75 years old forgot to put R99 in her account for her R99 debit order to go through. She made a eft payment 3 days later. Now they charged her a fee of R202 for a debit order that was not collected although payment was made 3 days later. They keep on sending messages that she will be handed over.
