Telkom bullying after cancellation

Non-stop harassment from this failure of a company regarding account cancellation which I've done, yet the company is still asking me for money pending payment. A week ago, I received a call from a Telkom representative and I agreed to pay despite this being completely unfair (even the representative was on my side). He said he'll send the payment details via email and I'll follow with the payment. Subsequently, I received an SMS from P&P Attorneys saying the case has been escalated and that a legal procedure will follow. I am currently outside of South Africa and I cannot sort out this f***up caused by Telkom. The day this company goes bust will be a happy day for South Africa and a cause for celebration for all South Africans.
